Send the required vehicle and driver details to start your quote request.

How to request a quote

Three short steps, no obligation. Your request is reviewed personally before the quote is prepared.

01

Vehicle details

Registration plate and postal code. Haven’t bought the car yet? Tick “Vehicle not purchased yet” and the plate becomes optional.

02

Driver details

NIF, date of birth and the date of your first driving licence. You can add a second driver if applicable.

03

Your contact details

Name, phone and any notes about your situation. Then just send it.

What you will need

Only what is needed to prepare a real quote:

  • Registration plate
  • Postal code
  • NIF (tax number)
  • Date of birth
  • Date of first driving licence
  • Second driver (optional)

New in Portugal and still using a foreign licence? Mention it in the notes — it helps when preparing your quote.

What can affect the price

The premium depends on several factors, including the driver’s profile (age, driving experience), the vehicle’s characteristics and value, the postal code, claims history and the cover you choose. That is why quotes are prepared case by case instead of showing a single “average price”.

Third-party liability

Third-party liability insurance is mandatory by law for every motor vehicle in Portugal — it covers bodily injury and material damage caused to others, and driving without it is an offence. This is the minimum cover every car must have, even if it is rarely used.

Additional cover options

Beyond the mandatory cover, you can review optional protection such as:

  • Collision and rollover damage
  • Theft
  • Fire and explosion
  • Driver protection
  • Roadside assistance
  • Replacement vehicle

When your quote is prepared, we review together which options make sense for your situation — and which don’t.
